This will be an extensive raw program for anyone who would like to take their health to the next level. This is a course designed for beginning to intermediate juicers. Whether you would like to do a complete Juice Feasting or simply add to an already clean diet, the option is yours. We will learn everything it takes to succeed at a plan set by you to reach your goals of health with recipes, group discussions and demo workshops. This Program will be limited to 8 people (not currently enrolled in her HHP program) but can also be followed from the comfort of your home if you choose the email version. Either way this is set up for support, ideas, and connection.
10 days plus a 3 day prep-cleanse prior to the first class is suggested.
