Fall Fermentation

Fermented foods are loaded with probiotics & good bacteria. A balance between the good and bad bacteria in your gut forms the foundation for physical, mental and emotional well being. In this hands on class learn what makes fermented foods so beneficial to our health.  We will show you simple ways of incorporating these foods into your daily life and start a seasonal fermentation you will be able to recreate again at home!
